Have really longed to do my own interpretation of this make-up!
Sugar Skull
This can hardly fail!
Just let your imagination run wild :)
For those of you who do not know quite what SugarSkull mean, here is some information:
Sugar Skulls are often used to decorate the dead on Dia de los Muertos, which is 1 and 2 November. Small skulls placed on the dead on November 1, All Saints Day, to represent the children who have died. On November 2, All Souls Day, they are replaced by larger, more ornate skulls representing the adults. These decorative skulls are the name of the deceased on the forehead and is decorated with stripes, dots and swirls around in order to improve the characteristics of the skulls. These patterns are often whimsical and colorful, not scary or intimidating. Feathers, beads or colored foils are "glued" with glaze to create very ornate skulls.
This trend has gone over to try to disguise themselves like these skulls.
Here is my interpretation of a Sugar Skull.
HA!!! :D Kram
